The Cos-Club was created as a way for cosplayers to showcase they’re work and find other cosplayers here on DeviantArt. With a constantly growing members list and costume library we hope to help people get the attention they deserve for their art, as well as introducing new people to the wonderful world of cosplaying!

Hey guys! I just figured I’d post a little update here because it’s been quite a while since the last update. The club now has 116 members! I can’t express how happy I am the club is doing so well ^o^ I am always happy to have new members and new submissions!

On the note of submissions I’d like to add that some of you have not been putting character names and what they are from on your submissions. Please add those. I don’t know what everything is, and I would prefer to have you tell me what they are, then me try to figure it out and then getting it wrong.. This is not an overly huge deal but it’s becoming more and more frequent and I’d like to nip it in the bud now before it gets too out of hand!

One more thing before I end this little update, if you notice that you should be on our members list and are not, please send me a note and let me know! I’ve been finding a few members here and there that I seem to have missed adding to our members list or who have somehow been deleted! Also if you happen to notice any inaccurate information throughout the deviations please let me know as well. I’d like to keep my information here as accurate as possible ^,^

To join the club please send a message with the subject line “Join” to the club and add us to your "watch list" and you shall be added to the list of members. Though you will be added to our members list even without adding us to your watch list, the club will not watch you back if you are not watching us. Once you have been added to the members list you will receive a message back letting you know you are now a member of the club.

It would also be greatly appreciated if you could add a club icon to your journal. This can be done very simply by putting :icon cos-club: without the space ^o^

To submit a costume to the club please send along a note with the subject line “Submit” that contains a link to a picture of your costume here on DeviantArt. We are currently not accepting links to pages outside of D.A.

Please also add in your note your characters name and what the character is from.

All submissions will be put into either artisan crafts/costumes or photography/cosplay depending on what they are submitted as on the artists original piece.

Submission guidelines are for a picture of you in costume OR of a costume that you have made. We are currently not accepting photos submitted by the photographers.
